Family Law - Stuart has a particular aptitude for conducting sensitive Domestic Violence cases with vulnerable victims. Given his aptitude the Crown Prosecution Service instructed Stuart in their Domestic Violence Blitz operation in Greenwich across May of 2015 to deal solely with sensitive Domestic Violence matters.

Motoring Law - Stuart has developed a particularly strong practice defending driving and motoring offences. He accepts instructions from both Solicitors and members of the public directly by virtue of his Public Access qualifications.

Criminal Law - Stuart has gained extensive experience in both prosecuting and defending criminal matters and has regularly appeared in the Crown Court. A notable example of his work includes his week long defence of a s.2 Sexual Offences Act, Assault by Digital Penetration Case in R v PETRAUSKAS in Norwich Crown Court in August 2015.
Stuart has particular success with Fraud cases in the Criminal Courts due to his practical and analytical approach in conducting his cases. Two notable results have been his successful defence of a £8,000 Fraud matter in the St. Albans Youth Court in June 2014 (R v M - unreported) and his successful prosecution of a £34,000 fraud in October 2014 in the case of R v O’Leary (unreported).

Public Access Work - Stuart has been Public Access qualified for a number of years representing members of the public directly.
