• Disability Discrimination under the Equality Act 210 (recently succeeded on a 3 day trial, securing her client £19,000 compensation)
INQUEST
• Medical: Representing families in cases that arise from death in hospitals (numerous cases including a 2 day case involving a death of a new born baby in hospital shortly after birth; death of a medical consultant who contracted HIV and subsequently tuberculosis)
• Workplace: Cases involving industrial disease.
• Prison: Assisted in cases involving Article 2 ECHR issues relating death in custody (An example includes assisting on a 14 week trial involving death in custody case)
