I am a highly experienced Direct Access Barrister with the right to conduct litigation providing businesses and individuals with a strong legal team and a cost effective “one stop shop" solutions for a range of different types of disputes and legal challenges. I can operate without the need for you to go through a solicitor in dealing with your court proceedings. Clients choose me for my transparent costs, in depth legal knowledge and my tenacious proactive approach. I will use the law to your best advantage to overcome and find effective solutions for the legal challenges you are facing. I combine the legal services that you would expect from an experienced Solicitor* with that of a skilled court advocate that is able to present your case in court. I can go on the court record as your lawyer and provide assiduous representation in the Courts and Tribunals that you would expect of a seasoned Barrister. Instead of first going through and paying a law firm you can engage me as a Barrister directly and in doing so manage and control your legal costs. In addition, I have an in depth knowledge of all types of construction contracts including Private Finance Initiative contracts for hospitals and schools’ projects. I can therefore advise you directly on your contracts, draft amendments and negotiate appropriate terms and conditions so as to limit the risks to your business. I am also a highly experienced employment lawyer and commercial/residential property lawyer. My goal is to work with you to ensure your cases are handled with the utmost care and professionalism to the highest standard.
